please please help me with my namco Excellena screen problem

Hey all!

I was changing my Namco Excellena screen from horizontal to vertical. i
put my game in and now i get no display on the monitor. the monitor
powers up fine, i can hear it. i tried 3 different games and they all
power up fine, just no display on the monitor. do you think maybe a
cable or something came out the back?
i get sound fine from the machine, i can start a game and play, just
pitch black

thanks for your reply, unfortunatly i am 100% inexperienced with the
back of tube monitors
can you be more specific on what the colour/size of the cable is..
where it approx is
