superb eyesight and ranged attacks - Hi! How would you reflect the effects of good eyesight on ranged attacks? i have not found something like the opposite of the "Bad Acute Vision is not So the next option would be talents. Perhaps for a skill..

i need a range limitation for an advantage which normally has unlimited
range e.g. Dark Vision 20 yards.

right now i use the temporary disadvantage bad sight. However i enhanced
bad sight with an increased range "enhancement" (lowering the points
gained from bad sight). so the bad sight penalty kicks in for distances
farther than 20 yards.

any better ideas?

Flight gives a 10 yard ceiling a limitation value of -10%, a 10 foot ceiling
a value of -20%, and a 5 foot ceiling of -25%. IMO those values are fairly
appropriate for the range of any "unlimited" ranged ability such as Dark
Vision or the like. That would give a 20 yard range a value of around -5%.

You might also try building it from Scanning Sense (or whatever it's
called, I don't have my book in front of me at the moment) which does
have limited range.

Or you could just use Accessibility: only on objects within 20 yards
and just ask your GM for a ruling.
