what should i do ? the original installation media was damaged

the anti virus wanna delete the file and i can't play the game unless i deactivated the anti virus protection which is as far as i know is serious

so can some one tells me what to do and even if i can get another GTA4.exe from somewhere or how can i repair mine ? ??

hope some one help me with that issue

I would run adaware and spybot S&D prior to trying to fix anything and make sure it's not a bot or simular trying to get you to clcik and or repair items with software needing download. Also it would help to know if you were playing this on that machine and it all of a sudden came up or if this is a new install. Your virus scanner may think this is a virus in which case you could go into the virus program and add the .exe as a trusted file/program. That alone should solve your problem. Give it a try and reply back here if you need more info.
