help with aoc

hello. ok first off my zf is not comming up. and i join a game room and it
just freezes up. the game is age of empires2 and if i join custom game rooms
it freezes up i cant even pick what game before it freezes other times it
works fine. also when i do get into a game everyone below me has 30 ping. the
only thing i can think of is i just got a new router but i also set myself as
DMZ so i dont know. i can ip in and that works fine but thats getting
anoying.

Call the tech support for that unit, and ask them to either setup a "DMZ"
(De-Militarized Zone which means the firewall is disabled) to bypass the
built-in firewall, or open the necessary ports in the equipment with you.
