Post subject: Where the hell is the Construction Set?
Archived from groups: alt>games>elder-scrolls (more info?)
It didn't install with the game itself, and I can't find it on the DVD ROM,
nor is it mentioned in the guide or readme files. WTF?

You have to download it, they couldn't be bothered to put it on the DVD...
