Just a silly little note basically.
I've restarted my FR game again and rather than pick my favourites again I
thought I would play through with some of the erm "less able" pokemon.
So just out of interest, do you have a pokemon that you loathe using and
wouldn't pick given the choice?

A lot of the peginning pokemon are quite bland, like Ratatta, Pidgey etc,
but they can be decent if raised well.

The only move Smeargle learns by leveling is Sketch, and you get it
every 10 levels, so you don't really need to re-teach it, just level it
up some.

Smeargle's stats are somewhat lack-luster though, aren't they? Therefore
he'd be pretty useless. I like Shuckle as a challenge, but you'd need to get
the poisoning/slow killing methods down well in order for it to be a good
party member. If it also had high HP, it'd be one of the hardest Pokemon to
bring down.

At the moment I'm using a mankey, beedrill and Charmeleon,( I'm not totally
insane.)I tend to try to stick to the pokemon I am going to train and grab
any needed to fill the dex later. So far I've managed to beat everybody up
to Lt. Surge with no problems. Wynaut/wobbefet I can imagine being quite
useful ingame because it tends to be quite easy to guess what the computer
controlled trainers will use. I have wondered about using a blissey/chansey
but I'm not sure if I am that masochistic. >Wink
