Some guy at Avsim bought FSX and found it overwhelmed his computer.
He's offered to sell it via PayPal to anyone.
But, how does that work?... When activation calls home the second time
it's going reject that activation, yes?

More likely you're going to end up with a pirated version...

Hi Crash Lander,
Sorry to hear about your migraines recurring, mate - I had them, but
grew out of them, fairly early on...but I DO remember them, mate......
You're in a very different position, being a Dad, and an income

Shouldn't matter with a retail version if you can get "original" COA (on the
box??) & cds.
As the COA holder you should always be able to activate the product, you
just might have to phone &/supply evidence of the COA.

Good news today about them! I decided to let this migraine run it's course,
to see if the preventatives were having any effect. I managed to get through
it with only 2 Panadol, rather than the Maxalon, 3 Asprin and 1 Narameg!
Headache was completely gone after 4 hours! Seems they have severely reduced
the severity of them.

My point was that it shouldn't matter if you acquire a retail copy of fsx
(new or second hand) so long as you have the COA which is (probably on the
box). Microsoft will always activate it. Was originally answering the OP.
So if you buy it second hand make sure you get the COA (=Certificate of
Authenticity)!
What does "ridgy didge" mean?

I googled the phrase & it supplied me with a wealth of information
Not sure how it relates to my response unless John Ward thought I was
somehow trying to help circumvent the software protection - in case of any
confusion: I wasn't. >> Stay informed about: Second hand activation? |

Have you tried Imigran (sumatriptan)? They work a treat for me most of the
time. Take one if I feel a migraine coming on and most of the time it never
goes any further.

I have taken chlorpheniramine (Chlor-Trimeton for hay fever) for years
for migraines with good results. It's a first-generation
antihistamine that eliminates my migraine in about 30 minutes, when it
works (which it usually does). However, it does make me sleepy.
