So you drop it turn 3 (assuming one mana source dropped per turn for the
first few turns, and no accelerants), following it up with a turn 4
Rushing-Tide Zubera (swing for 7), and a turn 5 Hunted Phantasm (swing for 7
again). Sure it can't attack or block the turn it comes into play, but
creatures without haste can't attack anyways. You might be better served
imagining it reads this instead:

Enchantment Creature - Illusion

~ can't attack or block unless you played a creature spell this turn.
4/4
Not quite the same thing but, as a friend of mine would say, 'Close enough
for government work.' Of course, you could always make things fun by using
Ornithopter and Blood Clock together with it - forcing your opponent to lose
tempo while you bounce a 'thopter back to your hand every turn, and when you
replay your 'thopter you can swing with a three-drop 4/4 flyer. It's already
in play, so as long as it has been in play since the start of your Untap
step, you're good to go with it.
Enjoy!
