gta_vc.set at 1280x1024x32

Hi

After some month not playing VC, I noticed I can not change
resolution in GTA VC. Game crashes when doing a change to the resolution.
This has already worked on this machine, but I am not going to install old drivers
for this game. I have to play in 1280x1024 because of my flatscreen.

Does anyone have a settings-file with this resolution set?
I think other changes work, so I can configure the rest of my own.
An old settings-file using 1024x768 does work, but also allows no change.
