Another useful way of giving group command

Right now you can select a group of objects by drawing a rectangle
around them. They will then appear as a list in the hammer-anvil
window. I think it would be a small step to add another button above
the "C(lear)" button that sets the anvil object as the common waypoint
for all objects listed in the hammer section that are capable of
steered movement (wings, ships).
