You have to play the GoldenEye levels in sequential order. Your progress is
saved automatically. As a game it is renowned for not having "button cheats"
etc, so I'm fairly sure there is no way to skip to a favourite level if you
haven't been there already.
US games won't work on a UK PAL machine without modification. The others on
here might know the details. >> Stay informed about: US games work with UK version? |

If you have an Action Replay / Game Shark, there are codes that can allow
you to pass levels with ease and still get credit for them. I do not
recommend this except as a last resort. And since the game is 7 years old
now, I say there has been enough time to resort to it.

You might consider purchasing a US-version Nintendo 64 along with a
power-adapter that allows it to work, if necessary. >> Stay informed about: US games work with UK version? |

Wait, the 3D put you off buying an N64 and yet you want to play Perfect
Dark. How very odd.
Also what "Kart", Mario Kart? It's not a compulsary purchase you know. >> Stay informed about: US games work with UK version? |

Power adaptor isn't needed for Yankee N64, They all work at the same voltage
as each other, you just plug your English one in & it will work fine
