Classic games - Is there a place where I can get only the classic Mame roms.I have dont want all the roms only the most popular ones.

games are not recognized - in the rom's folder in mame32 i have some games in there that are not getting reconized by mame? anyone else have any problems like this?

Journey and Galaga/Galaga 3 say they have some issues of some kind so
I have to hit o.k.
Are there different roms I could use that would solve this or does it
strictly depend on the mame version I'm using?

i'm sure galaga does not use NVRAM, but i had this issue when i used
vsyncmame 0.61. try to re-create the required subfolders (NVRAM, HI,
CFG, etc.) and make sure they are writeable. delete existing files
within them if necessary and let the emulator re-create them.

This message means there are issues that have not been resolved yet and
may never be. I am guessing it is either to do with the emulation
itself or the rom dumps are incomplete.
