Questions and my game update, I guess.

I got all the fruits (in game)! I was a little worried about the Pears, but
I have them now. I was writing letters and giving out Cherries (my native
fruit) and I got quite a few Apples, and read about shells, and got the
other fruits, and I think the Pears started coming with coverings (floor and
wall). I killed a Peach sapling. I was in a hurry to plant it and I didn't
have my axe, so I stuck it in the ground. In a clearing. And I watered it.
But it died anyway. <sniff> And I keep getting Coconuts washing up on shore.
I think I have gotten 4 inside of a week with 3 trees already growing.

There are six questions embedded in here somewhere.

OK, one of the FAQs I read said that on Flea Market day if you have more
than 1 room and you have a 'good' friend who is buying your junk for 3x the
going rate to just move back and forth between the rooms and they will buy
more than 3 items.

Question #1 is will they follow you to buy stuff from both (or more if you
have them) rooms? Or do they only buy from the main room?

I just got my upstairs and had a visitor and I wanted him to see the other
room too, but he wouldn't follow me.

Question #2 : Does the HRA look at both rooms (or more when/if you have
them)? How about the Fung Shui and luck items, do they work in both (or
more) rooms? (I just picked up a Four Leaf Clover, have two Lucky Cats and
some other stuff).

Why can't we get a bigger upstairs too?

One of my townies moved out on me, and some others have tried it. I wasn't
going to miss my Snooty Monique, did the crocodile tears with one of my
characters, said "GoodBye!!!" with another one and did crocodile tears with
my most played character and found that she had decided to stay. I now have
her picture (on the up side).

I have all my girls pictures (all my players are girls too) and one of the
guys thinks that he gave me a picture. He didn't!

Question #3 How am I going to convince Jeremiah to give me his picture
"again"?

And after having an easy time keeping the townies from moving (I only talked
to one 2 times nice and the other 3 times, once for each of my players), my
very favourite one (Alice, a Normal Koala) wanted to leave and I had to
resort to nagging her to keep her. I talked to her about 10 times begging
her not to go using her favourite friend after talking with both the other
players too. I had to go back and beg with both other players too. But I
think she is staying now.

And now that I have their pics the other girls can leave. Quickly. They
are Peppys.

Question #4 is if I keep the Snooty will more come? or will she keep them
away? or is it totally random? Same could be asked for the Cranky. It
takes a lot to get either to warm up.

I have a Cranky that I like (Gaston) and a couple of Jocks (oops, only 1, 1
moved) and a couple of Lazies.

And all my town went bug crazy for about 3 days now. One of the jocks is
now doing fishing contests with me, but the snooty is decorating with bugs
and so is everyone else. She ran up to me just after I had caught my first
Pill Bug (they are tiny!!!) before I could get it into the Museum she
demanded a trade! Miserable wench. At least they aren't rare. Or very
rare.

Question #5 is why do they always want bugs (OK, so they probably want fish
too) that aren't likely to be found? Spiders in the day, Ladybugs at night,
Snails when its dry. Now I have to stock pile them. And I have better fish
to catch! But they do pay better than Nook when I win. Unless I get items,
and even then sometimes I don't have that item yet.

Question #6 is how many times must a flower be watered so it doesn't wilt?
Did you know if you wilt a hybrid and water it, it turns plain? Typical. I
remember from Pokemon that those ones needed to be watered at least once in
each stage (seed, sprout, sapling, flowering). Must I water morning, noon
and night?

Some observations:

I finally found out about money rocks (of course it took Nook more than a
week to stock shovels, so it wouldn't have done me much good to know before
then). So for three characters I can (most of the time) get 4300 each.
Cool! But it seems that the trees are just once a day. So if I go around
with the character with insurance and collect the 2 furnitures and try for
the 3 Bees the trees don't have anything for the other two characters.

Did I mention that Pill bugs are tiny! If you shake a Spider down and miss
it, shake the tree again and it will come down on the other side.

May must be the worst time to start a game up. Fish and bugs tend to miss
May (finish before it and start after it).
