This has been going on for years in EQ and EQ2.... The spam-farmer
has multiple accounts, creates his character, uses a spam-bot for about
an hour, then deletes said character. Rinse-repeat 8 times. Next account
go again. Most of these people won't respond even if you DO warn them
and reporting them doesn't seem to stop them. EQ2 added a <spam>
message that labels any tell to you that doesn't belong to guildies or
recent
tells as spam. That is about the only response I have found in a MMO.
