need game help

Hi,
I've been trying to play a game ((Bingo) at www.zone.msn.com) for a while
and couldn't figure out why i could play any game but that one...so i
strarted to read the "having trouble" part at the bottom of the page and
they said that i might half to sign in has an Administrator to be able to
play........now my question is how do i do that. Could anyone help me figure
it out...Thanks
