Looking for old game, don't remember name, plz help find....

It is probably a Japanese game, here are the things I remember:

- a little boy roaming streats, can jump and use a close contact weapon

- enemies look like different type of streetwalkers who harm our character on contact

- weapon can be simple punch, convert to a knife and then to a sword (by gaining japanese words which come out of fallen enemies and fly upwords)

- on some levels, character cannot jump high and hits the roof with a big sound (no harm)

- on some special levels, the character flies a plane like object

- when the game ends, a sexy little anime like girl pleas to continue
