From what I've heard and read (Cnet, DLTV, Cranky Geeks), it's actually
the classic Windows users who complain about Vista. They even claim to
get headaches from the aero-glass eye candy. The Apple users seem to get
along fine with Vista. If only the double click thing could be fixed...

Actually I find Beryl/Compiz more impressive than both the eyecandy on
Vista or MacOS X. But I don't like eyecandy.

Although I think Vista looks good, I have to agree with Reinder. I'm
sorta fed up with eyecandy on PC's. It slows the thing down so you need
to upgrade the hardware. Or at the very least the drivers.

How exactly would it pretend to be a Mac? It's actually based on
Slackware. In any case, it's way less bloated than MacOS Bloat.

Get certified in Vista as well, so you can fix all the problems that's
gonna occur when they do switch.

No, no, no, first get hired as an XP-expert. Then advise the company to
switch to Vista because all the employees have Vista at home on the PC's
they got through the company's "PC at home" plan. Then convince the
company to pay for your Vista certification along with a couple of other
courses. When completed promptly leave the company for a more lucrative
Vista-certified job.
It's probably in some book like "Way of the Rat".

You delete files on your harddisk you don't know what they do just by
random to keep the size of XP down?
