Oh my goodness, come to think of it, I haven't even had the pleasure of
using the inf rocket launcher with Billy on RE0. The main reason is
because I don't own it, I've only rented it out haha, I didn't really like
the fact that it didn't have an inventory to stash all our goods in, it
got stupid having to back track to certain places to get this and
that...however, I enjoyed it. Oh yeh Wulf, I did forget Carlos
haha...yep, definitely can't forget him. What about Wesker?...nah he's so
evil he'll probably end up leaving me behind to survive on my own!

There is always Richard Aiken. You can feed him to giant snakes and mutant
sharks, and when he dies you can take his assault shotgun. Barry might be
kinda handy too, even if he sells you out to save his family. If he dies you
can take his magnum which is perfect for one hit kills on premature tyrants.
If he doesn't die, his conscience will bother him and he'll come back and
save you.

Now that's not such a bad idea after all...use Richard as bait and use
Barry as bait too! Haha that's so evil but I guess we'd have to be like
Wesker and use everyone else to get by haha, no just kidding! I just had
to laugh at what you said about Ada, I most certainly agree with the
outfit but I think it would be quite handy having her around too.
Although she's a stick that could most probably break in half, I'd still
need her for her fancy kicks and that grapple gun too lol. I think I'll
forget I ever mentioned Wesker, that man is pure evil hehe! As for the
person who I wouldn't want at all with me, that would be Steve...he'd get
depressed, have another one of his fits because his family deserted him
and he'd start firing the valuable machine gun bullets in the
air...instead of using it on something that really matters! Besides, I
wouldn't want some depressed kid fallin in love with me???? (Oh yes I
know, how mean of me to say that!)

You're right, Ada might come in handy for her fighting skills and
equipment, but her skimpy outfit would probably distract any of the
other men, which might prove fatal.

As for Steve ... I've only played part of CV (just never got it
finished, I really need to go back and try again), but I didn't mind him
too much. Of course, I probably didn't get to the point in the game
where he's really annoying (everyone seems to think he's a major pain,
I've noticed). And if I had a dime for every depressed kid who fell in
love with me...well, I'd have a PS2 and RE4 for it by now!

Haha, yeh Steve was a pain but I guess the emotional problems he had to
endure from childhood would stuff him up a little in the head. I must
give him credit though, although he got abit too 'heroic', his courage
towards Claire was flattering. CV is a terrific game (in my opinion
anyway), I've played it over a hundred times and still to this day, I'm
not sick of it. This was really the game that made my love for RE games
grow, I guess after playing RE2 and Nemesis, seeing the improvement in
graphics on CV (no more square faces haha) did add to my love for the game
too.

I hear what TrOn is saying. Carlos isn't really too important to the
plot, other than the time at the Clocktower when Jill was unconscious.

In a way, neither was Barry. I'm pretty sure that Wesker could have
manipulated somebody else if it wasn't Barry.

Chicks aren't the only ones who dig the accent. And okay, he wasn't
terribly important to the plot, but he was still fun to play, running
around the hospital, blowing away zombies and Hunters.

Wesker is definitely the Master of Manipulating. I bet he could have
found a way to manipulate Jill and Chris, if he'd put his mind to it.
Heck, if he'd grabbed Claire before she reached Raccoon City, he could
have used her as a bargaining chip against Chris...at least until Chris
found a way to rescue her. Of course, if Wesker had done that, we never
might have met Leon, and RE4 would have been...well, it wouldn't have been!

Don't mind my rambling, I think I have the flu. Doncha love winter?

Just saw the post
Has any body told Ashley to "wait" at the top of a ladder, jumped down, and
then climbed back up?

I thought it was funny.

What's really fun is to do it when she's in her alternate costume (the
one with pants). She still tries to cover herself and calls you a
pervert, despite the fact you can't possibly see anything.

Just when I thought I'd seen everything in RE4, along comes one more! I
don't understand why I didn't think to look up her skirt!!! Just not a me
thing I suppose. Seems all you have to do is jump off an edge, turn around
and use the c-stick to look up and voila - she gives you one of two
comments. I haven't tried the armor get up yet - I assume it will be the
same. Pretty funny. Thank you for sharing blutoof.

I discovered it my very first time through the game, quite by accident.
It was at the farm, I believe, right past the village. I'd had her
wait near the entrance while I cleared the place out. I was in the area
near the gate she helps you open, and I whistled for her. And waited.
And waited (seems to take her forever to get there). Suddenly I
remembered that I'd seen an herb or something that I'd forgotten to pick
up, so I turned to climb the ladder, only to find her at the top,
calling me a perv. Laughed so hard, I dropped the controller. So I
tried it again the next time through, wearing the alternate costumes,
and got the same comment. I've never heard another comment though, what
is it?

"Hey!!!! What're you looking at?" is her other comment, and it seems you
must command her to stay to get her to say these things. She alternates
between the two sayings but makes the same movements. I shall have to check
out the PS2 version to see if it is the same. And, oh yeah, I really believe
you found that by accident!!!! (humor attempt) No matter how it is found it
is still hilarious. I'm surprised they put something so light hearted in
such a "heavy" game. I could've used the laugh the very first time I played
the game - I hate escort missions with a passion!

Like Wulf I ran into the "comment" when I stashed Ashley in a safe place
and went back for a red herb (bug hive towards the end of the castle) . I
didn't catch an alternate comment , but I'll be looking for it now.

On a side note an unfortunately funny moment occurred when (in a bar) I
tried to explain the concept of running around a swamp shooting at snakes in
hopes of finding a golden chicken egg.

If it happened in a bar I'm sure no one noticed it was an odd thing to do.
Probably assumed you just couldn't get your facts straight. I tried the
armor costume on the PS2 and nodda, zip, zilch, and squat. She just stood
there. I tried several different spots to make sure it wasn't just the wrong
location. I don't know if they removed this little bit from the PS2 version.
I'll have to put on the regular costume to find out. On a side note, for
those who don't have the PS2 version, Ashley can not be harmed or carried
away while in armor. It is quite funny to see the enemy fall flat on their
faces after they try to pick her up. Just as funny is watching them
desperately beating on her only to hear clang, clang, clang. Her face plate
drops over her face if you aim at her, and poor Leon drops to the ground
when he catches her. Holiday greetings to all.
