That may be why there are not too many women in the game. The templates they
use are smaller and they get pinned easier.

Q: Why can't women parallel park?
A: <Hold up hand with thumb and fore finger indicating distance> because
men keep telling them that this is six inches.

Bitch, WTF is wrong with you?
I believe I've long been on record against stupid modeling choices,
including back banners, tippy tanks, and boxes on the backs of crabs.
In the case of the comment above, the Grammar and Spelling are both
clearly, intentionally wrong to poke fun with a little wordplay to
lighten the mood, which is what I thought you were trying to do in a
no-Smiley way.
If I knew it was your time of the month and you'd get your panties in a
bunch, I'd have laid off.
Anyhow, lemme know when the Midol kicks in, and I'll resume.

You know, for the full effect, you kinda need Myr's setup along with
Lief's follow-up.

Oh, I'm well aware of that. I just don't know what set Myr off this
time compared to times previous.

Hi All,
Wow! I only asked a question! Didn't mean to start a war!!
I've decided that a 4 inches between floors for "normal" buildings is best
for a number of reasons. For bigger buildings/rooms I think that between 6
and 8 inches works well.
This is a compromise between making the building look real and in order to
practically be able to move the units once they are in the building!
Thanks a lot for your help
All the Best

Should work fine. And for game play you can always use markers for big
models or more involved conversions when they enter a building. Or proxy
skeletons. Skeletons make a good proxy for anything. Behold my army of
SKELENIDS!!!

You didn't start anything. John's a bright guy, so it often
baffles and annoys me when he offers up such total 'out in left field'
advice to newbies without so much as a hint that his 'view' is far from
the standard in game. I'd be willing to bet most people would be rather
pissed off to put a lot of time, effort, and materials into making a
nice piece of terrain only to discover it was of very limited or no use
due to being to cramped inside. It's one thing to offer up suggestions
that are 'non-standard', it's entirely another to do so without
informing the person on the recieving end of the potential issues
that'll result from following it. Particularly when the person in
question has said basically "I'm new to this, help me out please." I'm
quite certain that John knows better than this, he just doesn't like
being called on his comments.

I think you'll find this looks just fine in terms of the 40K
setting and allows you to place models to your liking. GW is notorious
for its 'scale creep' over time. And it's even harder to define a scale
across the 40K range as a whole as a result of this 'scale creep'.
Guns are oversized, while vehicles tend to be on the small side (which
makes for a strange combo), and the minis are all over the place.
