Post subject: fs9 config file
Archived from groups: alt>games>microsoft>flight-sim (more info?)

I can't find fs9.cfg, and my fs2004 doesent seem to generate
one, or any new config files following a flight.

I want to stop the fssound.dll error message at startup.

This is because you need to extend the search to include hidden and system
files....Wink)

Doubt it!

I have my FS2004 installed on Drive L:, My_Documents on Drive F:, and my OS is on Drive C:

So I end up with FS2004 files on all three bleeding drives!!

Sound versus display? - On runway, with engine running, the trees nearby are flickering. When I cut the engine, the flickering stops. So I assume there is a relationship between sound and display. I have AMD Athlon 64 3000+, Radeon X300SE 128MB PCIE. Sound is RealTek..
