Getting a wish from a fountain

Yes, ouch!

Bag of holding got very very heavy.

Maicbane itself was okay so I went for some holy water (none of the
wands I needed) and lost a beartrap in the first bag grab (along with
some junk wands and an unknown ring) now everything is peachy again, but
I'm keeping away from the fountains.

But it is well worth adjusting your inventory so you can handle the curse
effect and then quaffing from any fountain not confirmed non-magical.
