My copy turned up this morning!

I'm most pleased with it, it covers RE 0, 1, 2, 3 and CV. I've not
noticed any omissions yet, except it only covers Re make not RE1.
All characters, monsters, weapons and items from all the game are
mentioned.

Very nice!
