I read somewhere that mobs won't attack you when your mounted on a
bird. Is this true. I'm thinking of the dragons by or in the bone
wastes.

thanks

They won't attack you if they can't reach you. I don't know if that
undead dragon attacks flying players or not (I've seen it, but I've
carefully avoided it). There are mobs which specifically attack flying
players, such as flying guards around cities, monstrous kaliris in
Skettis and fel cannons in Blade edge's mountains. Most mobs can't
reach flying players though. If you're mounted on the ground, they'll
definitely attack you. Smile

If you fly close enough to the ground and in aggro radius they can
attack you, got a shadow bolt last night form a mob in trekkor while
flying to confirm it

With best regards, Shammy.

Casters will always attack when in range (even in the air) or hunter type
mobs, but melee mobs will attack only in you stand near them on the ground.

range attack mobs, they will attack you
melee only ones, won't aggro

flying things, some will attack you, some won't
mostly it's the level 70 stuff that will attack you, since you are expected
to be on a flying mount
leveling up area's they won't (generaly)

The flying birds in Skettis will attack you. It's a pain in the ass
when you're bombing eggs or farming herbs.
