Archived from groups: rec>games>miniatures>warhammer (more info?)

I see there's an Andy Hoare book called "Rogue Star" which I might check
out, and there's Jaq Draco's cover story in the first of his books, but is
there any other good fluff source about Rogue Traders out there? Is the old
"Rogue Trader" edition of the rulebooks worth picking up for this purpose?

In a similar vein, I did find that one WFB Empire engineer who looks like he
could make a decent 40k rogue trader, but are there any GW models that would
fit the bill for a female RT? I've sort of considered the female Witch
Hunter mini - I know I bagged on it before, but while I thought she had way
to much of a fussy 'Regency' vibe to be an Inquisitor I could maybe see her
as an older, matronly RT. Any other suggestions?

I believe that the "Astronomicon" book has a Rogue Trader army list.
It's rediculously hard to find and stupidly expensive when it shows up
on eBay.

the main 40K Rogue Trader book has a good amount of fluff on the
general backstory of 40K. It has some on Rogue Traders as well.
