I can't find my way back to the Keeper Library in TDS

I've been in the Keepers Library about 3 times. I've just been to the Clock
Tower and now need to go back to the Keepers Library. But now I can't find
it. Where the heck is it?

As you face the tower go left. Blackjack the people and guards that you
have already bj'ed several times and in some cases dozens of times. Up the
alley and notice the glyph. That is the secret entrance to the Keepers
library.

Once you get in and come back out. All the guys you bj'ed will be back on
the street walking so it is a neverending circle.
