Hi all, I have WIN 2003 Server installed. I want to test my software with different latencies, so, i want a software that give me the different Network latencies available. I have the Cloud software but it doesn't support to WIN 2003 Server. Can you suggest me the software which gives latency and support on WIN 2003 Server.
