Trying to find name of 2 Arcade games PLEASE HELP!!!

Ok now I dont know if this is posted in the right area but I am looking for 2 different games

One is a Ninja like game. It starts in the woods where you can jump really high up into trees and are being attacked by ninjas and a guy that looks like Raiden but he breathes fire at you. Your 2 weapons are a Kama, kinda like a metal blade on the end on a wooden stick that has a chain on the end, that you can swing around and ninja stars that you can throw in any direction. it is a side scrolling game

the other is an overhead game where you are in some type of futristic city. You drive a car that has guns built into the front and you can jump out of your car and run around in shoot and get into other cars that look like to one you are driving. It was waaaay before GTA but something like the very first one but with banged up cities and futuristic mad max type cars.

If you can help that would be great
