Nice to see you're still around Nutter I still have my C1 CD lying
around but haven't played it for ages. I think it was my favourite of
the creatures series for the behaviour of the Norns. C3 I liked for the
fantastic environment and ecosystem.

Hiya Chris...

Well, to the OP: the only thing I could find was a reference to the CAOS
command "Edit" which attaches whatever is under it to the pointer (Hand).
Found it in Steve Grand's original text here:

I may have that pickup cob/command on my really really old computer
