file format for flight plans on MS FS 2004

Can anyone point me to a description/file format of the flight plan
files for MS Flight Simulator 2004? I'd like to write an external
program to produce flight plans that can be used/imported into
Microsoft Flight Simulator...

Any help/pointers would be greatly appreciated...!

I suggest posting the Q on a.g.microsoft.flight-sim or if your ISP doesn't
subscribe, then SimRadar.com
