Zone larger farms (they can be huge - 10x10 or more), far away from any
pollution or traffic, with a neighbor connection not too far away. That
will allow larger farm buildings that have 4, 6, 8, or perhaps more
workers. It might be more land-efficient to have smaller, less populous
farms, though.

However, don't expect huge numbers like on factories or commercial
zones can have. Farms are spread out.

I always zone farms the smallest possible size, then leave a space
between it and the next farm. Farms expand to the max possible size. so
if you zone one big area or two touching areas, you get one big farm.
If you zone one small areas you get small farms.

Still jobs, aren't massive. There is a mod at Simetropolis
(spelling?) that increase it.
