Last turn I had a ship with exp 102 (skill 21) lay a cloaked Barb MF on
top of a group of brandnew enemy minelayers (exp and skill 0). They
swept my MF the turn it was laid. It was my expectation, that due to my
high exp they should not be able to do so!?

All my earlier done scripted tests tell me that minefields can't be
swept instantly.
Ingame experience tells me they can.
Tim told me in a mail that ship order in that regard is ought to be
random.

By the way, how did you scan the enemy ships experience?

Yep, I have seen Barbs, Gravs and Webs swept in the turn they were
laid, cloaked of course.

I thought exp or skill influences it?!

By ID. Wink)) If I know the ship has been built the turn(s) before and
if I'm the only enemy around, they can not have gotten any exp.

I believe ship skill and experiance effects it. So if you have 102 XP
and 0 skill, and the ther guy has 300 skill, he might go first.

I don't know how it all balances out. (one of the reason why I posted
acouipel days ago to remove happiness/skill, and just use XP)
