I guess that's where soulstone comes in handy I need to learn to play
with enslaving a lot more anyway, barely used it so far as I've not
encountered that many demons, so it's about time I learned more about it!

I just hit Terokkar Forest at 64, and I think I probably decimated the wolf
population looking for their damn tails. (Though hunting Ironjaw was
more frustrating. Everytime i'd spot him, something near me would
aggro, and by the time I killed it, he'd wandered out of sight again. I
finally ended up aggroing him by *accident*, while fighting off a warp
stalker. *grin*

Well, I did it at the same time as I was doing the Warped Peons and the
Olemba Seeds, so it wasn't as bad as it could have been.

They're done badly, yeah, but I still like 'em. They make a nice change

You forgot about the gnomish mind control helmet.
Who says engineering is useless?
And if it happens to backfire, just make certain your partner also
has the targetting macro and know to send you off on your way to the
mob. >> Stay informed about: No 1 request for the next expansion pack |

The one where you have to give him a drink when he gets tired? I've done
it three times and never had a problem with it. What was giving you
trouble?

The goblin's about the easiest escort quest of all, because you choose the
route instead of trying to keep him alive as he runs though loads of
enemies. The worst one of all is the stupid human in a cage by the lost
ones village in swamp of sorrows, who decides to walk right through the
middle of the village - only way to complete it is to clear the place first
and then hope you get lucky :-/

I was quite surprised to find the Tanaris chicken escort pretty soloable
with some of my characters - my paladin and warlock both managed it ok
anyway. Never tried it on any other characters, as the Feralas one was so
hard I assumed they'd all be that difficult.

I never even tried it solo! Must try them all once alone, I guess.

Uh huh. I did it again with my warrior the other day and never had to

Escort quests in Azeroth are easy for a protection paladin. Except
the chicken one in Feralas. I could easily keep myself in a good
condition, but when the last wave of mobs came, I didn't notice that
the chicken was fighting a different mob than I was and it died. Since
the quest takes plenty of time, I was too frustrated to try it again.
I have to say that I've generally hated escort quests, but they are
quite enjoyable with a prot pally. >> Stay informed about: No 1 request for the next expansion pack |

If only you had to kill 50 it wouldn't be a problem. But sometimes you
end up having to kill 80, or 100, or 150, and that *is* a problem.
