Such an ET, unless one of you is able to come with a useful idea, will
just make it a piece of cake for the strongest empire to win - which
btw as I might add would never have had a chance otherwise.
And there is even no reason to get into details (ie. the other problems
which would arise through the introduction of such an ET).

ps. If one would want game deciding battles, have it that all involved
players do need to have that ET enabled.

Of course I have not commented on an increase of combat range by just a
few lys.
