A google search or an ebay search for "emulator" under video games
brings up tons of stuff.

For example, one of the results I found was a

SEGA MEGA DRIVE(GENESIS) EMULATOR + GAMES FOR DREAMCAST

It appears to contain most Genesis games, along with the emulator to
play them.
A google search recently yielded an arcade package of 3 CDs emulating
several thousand games.

Now, here's my point. All of this stuff is UK-based. I don't have a
megadrive. I don't even live in the UK at all.

Is there some reason these emulations aren't available for people
outside of the UK?

Purchasing emulators isn't illegal, it's just the roms that are
actually in question(as of right now). If someone ever tries to sell
you a rom, it's illegal as they don't own it. As for downloading
them...well....that's always something that gets some debate...Wink

I might have a copy of Worms: World Party somewhere, but
Worms is just better on the N64. The sound is better and the
graphics too.

I thought about getting wetrix, just to see if there was any
differences between consoles. The N64 version of Wetrix
kicks ass.

I bought a dreamcast saltwater fishing game at an ebx a while back, but
it
didn't work so I had to return it.

I've found that most of the games that were made for dreamcast
were also made for the ps1 and/or the n64. The n64 is my favorite
system (dethroned the Genesis) so I go with that whenever possible.

I've had a playstation since 2000, so I go with that when possible.

I haven't seen any really good looking games for the Dreamcast when
I go to the stores. The games I usually see are games I have already.
Titles include Maze Madness, Hydro Thunder, and razor freestyle
scooter.
I have all these already.

I ran a search this afternoon on arcade compilations, and barely
anything came up.
Again, it was stuff that existed for other systems. I have it. Someone
recently told
me that the dreamcast was their favorite system. "The best system for
fighting games."
I hate fighting games!!!!!

Unfortunately, I have sega genesis 3. I can't use the converter Sad

Of course, I plan on eventually getting a more conventional genesis,
but these
things take time (more importantly, they take money!)

With many exceptions, like the licensed Capcom ROMs that came with that
one controller, or the Star ROMs site which licensed ROMs from many
companies to sell (is that thing still going?), or something like the
Sega Smash Packs, which has ROMs embedded in it for emulation on the DC.
