How easy will it be for Microsoft to add an HDMI connector..

What I think is largely irrelevant (since I'm not intimately familiar
with the 360 hardware), but from all the tech discussion I've followed,
the last scenario -- a hardware revision with HDMI in it -- is the
mostly likely path to HDMI output on the 360. I used to think MS had a
back door to bridge the analog output on the 360's GPU, and thereby to
create a breakout box solution, but lately I'm not so convinced. If it
were possible to create an add-on or upgraded A/V cable, MS would've
done so (and had it in stores this Christmas).

It must have digital capabilities if the audio is digital.
