Hi Vin,

Thanks for that clears it up for me. Got quite a few advanced games laying
around as chucking bricks for my kid, will steal them back from him. hehe

I thought I read somewhere you could buy some memory card that will let you
play all your old favourites on a ds lite, must have got it wrong as usual.

Yes you can. You need a ROM cartridge - lots of sizes and
manufacturers out there. You then need to find the original GB and GBC
ROM images - technically illegal unless you own the original
cartridges. You use the software and hardware included with the
cartridge to "burn" the emulator and the ROM images to the carts and
then put the cart in to the DS/DS Lite's GBA cartridge slot. If done
properly, the emulator software will come up with a screen menu of the
Gameboy games installed.

The new DS Lite is an awesome game system. It has 4 brightnesses that
you can choose from.

If you don't like the white case color that's out for the machine, there
are rumors that a black and pink colored case will be coming out soon,
but I don't know how soon. That's what I'm waiting for. I have the
original DS, but I do want the DS Lite, but I don't like the white
color.

Black is already available in the UK.

Where is UK? Is it in Canada?

Thank you.
My husband thought that UK was in Canada.
So, I guess I'll have to wait a while longer to get the DS Lite in
another color other then the white.
