First you put Worldgorger Dragon in your graveyard (via Entomb, let's
say). Now you cast Animate Dead targeting your Dragon. Dragon comes into
play, which removes all permanents from the game, including the Animate
Dead. Now that Animate is gone, your Dragon dies, and all permanents come
back into the game. Notably, your lands come into play untapped even if they
were tapped initially. So now you tap your lands for mana. Animate Dead has
also come back into play, so you use it to target the Dragon again, which
comes into play again, removing all permanents again. Repeat this over and
over, tapping your lands for mana each time, until you have however many
million mana you want and use an instant damage spell like Ghitu Fire to
kill your opponent.
