I'm thinking of running a NoR draft tournament, but have realized that
having everyone using just Imbued would be pretty silly...

So how would you mix it? What set would you use to pair off and what
ratio of boostrs?

Probably some kind of solid, self supporting set, such as Legacies of
Blood or Kindred Most Wanted would likely be best to mix it up with (or
even CE if you can get some). Depending on how much folks want to
spend, I'd go 5 and 5.

Well, I think it would be fairly playable still, but there'd be a lot of
junk that you couldn't use for anything. An Imbued could get Discern and
untap, but would never have a reason to tap it.

You could do a vs. format where one pod drafts NoR and the other does some
vampire set, but I have a feeling the Imbued would just stomp the vampires
silly. As for what set to use, I'd definately go for something strong
like Camarilla Edition or Sabbat War, if you can manage it. Legacies of
Blood might be interesting because of things like The Secret Must be Kept
or Swarm (Imbued say ouch!), but in general I think the Imbued strategies
will be much stronger than the vampire ones.

I'd probably go with half and half of each set or err on the side of
vampireness. Any player who could make a vampire-free or even
vampire-lite deck will probably have a strong advantage, so it's best to
make that difficult to do.

My advice would be to run it as a Duffin Draft, erm, draft tournament,
and have even-sized pods drafting alternately NoR or SoE [Some other
Expansion]. We did this in our group and it produced a pretty fun game
plus being cheap.
