downloading ms pacman roms ?

I'm no computer whiz but I'm probably above average . I'm new to this 'mame'
thing or downloading of roms thing so please use small words . I have
previous experience with hooking up multi pcb's etc , BUT now due to
whatever reasons , the boards come blank and it's up to me to download the
roms and load them . The website I buy them from is pretty useless as far as
providing help and they seem understandbly afraid to answer some questions .
My 1st attempt went ok doing the multi williams and I was able to download
the rom files onto the board . BUT the vertical rom games is the one I had a
problem with . I went here :

Vertical RomPack Complete Set (last update: 2006-03-17)
Arkanoid, Burgertime, Crystal Castles, Centipede, Dig Dug, Donkey Kong,
Donkey Kong Jr, Donkey Kong 3, Mr. Do's Castle, Frogger, Galaga, Galaxian,
Space Invaders, PacMan Junior, Millipede, Missle Command, Moon Patrol, Mr.
Do, Ms. PacMan, PacMan, PacMan Plus, Pengo, Phoenix, Pooyan, Super Breakout
2, Sinistar and Super PacMan.

but not all of them downloaded . The pacman's and pooyans etc didn't come
up so I assume they are hidden somehow due to copyright problems . So long
story short , I'm trying to figure out how to ad the original ms pacman &
other versions onto my menusystem list . Anyone feel like educating me ?
