I'm picking up 2 new games this week, Vector ('81) and NGG ('97). My wife
says that 2 pins from the current lineup must go (and space dictates this
anyway).

Which two would you sell? This is what I have:

'02 LOTR
'95 Stargate
'95 Congo
'95 No Fear
'90 Whirlwind
'88 Space Station
'81 Black Hole
'81 Black Knight
'80 Blackout
'77 Jet Spin

Right now, I'm leaning toward Space Station, Blackout or Jet Spin.

- John

I'd consider Stargate and BK, too.

I'd get rid of space station and jet spin. I'd keep stargate due to
the depth that it has with the huge number of multiballs and the 3
wizard modes. Plus it's a damn fun game.

John-

What you want to do, need to do, is sell me the Blackhole and Black
Knight. You really do.

Marc Smile

-otherwise- toss the Congo (if you can) and the Stargate or Spacestation

John,

Where are you located? I'm looking for a Space Station to go with my
Space Shuttle.

Thanks,

Jet Spin is your only 70s EM - I would definitely NOT sell it as it add
diversity of gameplay to your collection.

Does she make you ask for permission to play them also? Sheesh!

I say sell Congo and Blackout.

P.S. Not sure why people are attacking your wife because you have to
let two pins loose to make room for two more. 10 Pins is a damn nice
collection and would indicate to me that your wife is pretty tolerant
of your hobby. The harsh criticizism rings a little shallow boys Smile

Interesting input, thanks everyone!

I'm surprised that Congo was mentioned so often. Although it's a mediocre
movie, I enjoy the game play and music a lot. Jungle Jackpot and multiball
are a lot of fun, and it plays like a Lawlor pin (if you ignore the lower
PF, which is a bit goofy).

Blackout IS a great-flowing pin, and I've put a ton of work into it (NOS
playfield swapout). However, it is pretty simple and there's no multiball.

I think I'll hang on to everything until I decide whether Vector and NGG are
actually keepers for me.

Cheers,
John

I like your whole lineup. Tough to pick out any one or two games. For
those that have not played Jet Spin, it is a fun EM with some great
shots and some real strategy as well.
I would make more room or really think hard about Vector and NGG before
displacing anything in your lineup.

Depends where you are located. If you are here in California then sell
me the Whirlwind and the No Fear. If not, dump the two oldest pins and
move to California so you can sell me the Whirlwomd and No Fear when
you buy some new pins again Smile
