display problems

Sorry for my english ...
I change my computer and now I have a P4 with a GeForce6600 graphic card.
I reinstalled my (original) Simcity and .... it's impossible to play!
Every time I scroll the map, the redesign is very very slow; and sometime
some objects (cars, or clouds) are shown as a "confused box".
Before I had a slow machine, but sc4 works fine. There is something I hav to
control ? Some driver or others ?

P.S.: it's possible to think a new simcity for Christmas holidays ?

Update drivers, defrag etc
If that doesn't fix it go into the graphics options and make sure you have
the 'renderer' (IIRC) set to software, as the driver will then do it via the
card, rather than the card its self.

No, there has been very little about SC5, it may not even be made and if it
is being made, it won't be released for at least a year.
