Not sure why this Dell complaint is in the group it's in, but I doubt I'd
ever by a Dell. I've heard a number of bad reports.
I have all Gateways and am as pleased as someone would be who ripped the
last peel off an orange. Generally, it is always better to be able to fix
on your own most computer-related problems. Tech people oftentimes only
have a basic knowledge of what to do, most of that being scripted.
