442, with a few tweaks here and there.
it helps that i discovered a young dutch amc who is already world
class and has been a first team regular for 3 seasons now (he's only
22)
i also discovered the brilliance that is kwabena agouda, who has lost
his shine a bit now he's 32/33, but for 3/4 years was banging them in
left right and centre for me.
i now have a young english striker called chris wilkinson who i nabbed
from portsmouth, got crowned world player of the year last year aged
21.

so, any world stars in your team at the moment and what stars have you had
there over the years? Just curious and it\s fun to see who people have
bought/sold.

I wanted to start a thread about it, but I guess I forgot. I'm just glad
that Italy didn't get it.

Not late to start a thread about it and some.
The thing I was wondering - if Croatia/Hungary got it, would anyone be
celebrating much? The economies in these two are not performing that well. The
citizenry would have to subsidise and pay for the next 20 years all the stadia
revamping, infrastructure improvement etc to get everything up to scratch for a
'prestigious event' like this. Much like Belgium did. >> Stay informed about: Where are you ? |

I was just wondering, cus liverpools new chairman is george gillett, so that
takeover is in the game and I thought the west ham takeover happened before
liverpools?

Sorry, I should have clarified that I chose to start the game with the
original database, rather than the amended one. On the plus side I don't
have Lucas 'Mercenary' Neill and Nigel 'Championship Material' Quashie in
the team, but still retain Mascherano. On the down side I don't have
Egghead's money to spend. It's not a bad squad, but I'm missing six players
for at least two months, including Carroll and Green. So a bit of cheap
shopping will have to be done, if only to flesh out the reserve squad a bit.

Hmmm, in the 7.02 Mascherano is only on loan at liverpool so there would be
a chance of you getting him back..lol. Anyway, if you want a goalie for
around £1 mill, get Jarstein from Odd (norway). Brillian goalie (in real
life as well).
