Too bad they are prepainted cause some of them look like they would be fun
to paint.
Also, there's some decent names attached to this. Of course I still won't
buy any, but hey, its more pretty pictures to look at.
On the other hand, the game is made by upperdeck :-/

bet their dwarves will rock since wow dwarves arent fat retards that have
their bellies dragging on the ground or skinny old men. i think gw has a
problem telling the difference.

my interest will probably be limited to the secondary market depending
on the resale values... if it's stupid expenive then I won't care..
I've already dropped Warhammer for Magic again... I don't have the
spare $$ for two subscription hobbies.

MJB: You involving yourself in that card game again? I had a couple people
come this close [holds thumb and forefinger a half inch apart] to convincing
me to get involved with the online version of Magic. But paying real money
for online media just didn't seem like that much of a good deal - especially
when the digital and the real cost the exact same price. I played Magic a
little bit in my previous life and found it enjoyable enough to collect a
'few' different card runs from four or five years ago - luckily my ability
to find Magic opponents is pretty much equal to my ability to find 40k
players.

<weak grin>

On the plus side, I have managed to stay completely away from MMORPGs - I
even had a couple of free subscriptions that I never activated. More out of
fear of the consequences than any excess of virtue.

I've never bothered with Magic Online... it has it's pros and cons...
you can go and trade your online cards for real physical cards if you
want. so in that respect it's not like you're only paying a stupid
amount for 1's and 0's...

it's still fairly big in the area where I work... there's 20 - 30 that
show up for Friday Night Magic at Legends in Towson, MD. I took a
complete trash desk this weekend and got my ass handed to me... but I
think I have a handle on the meta-game there and the usual suspects
that win every week and how they play. I'm gonna try something
different this coming week.. it may work.. may not.. I'm sure it will
piss off a few of the bottom half of the food chain...

yeah.. MMO's are built on keeping you playing... probably the only
benefit out of me losing access to cable internet and having to rely
on dial-up again...

I have a female dwarf rogue. She's kinda sexy. For a cartoon. But then so
was Arecee the autobot.
