Hello. I am Jason Henry, aka Solar Daemon Dragon of the Ultima Dragons
Internet Chapter (UDIC). It has been quite some time since I've
checked out this group. I wanted to see if people are still talking
about the Ultima series. Imagine my shock when I find a bunch of
spamming - mainly with rants over some law enforcement or covert ops
organization in some other country!
This is a newsgroup for Ultima fans to talk about Ultima and ask
questions about Ultima gameplay issues. Anything else is COMPLETELY
INAPPROPRIATE!!! Take your rants elsewhere - I am sure there are
groups that focus completely on the alleged unethical doings of
certain groups or other such things not related to Ultima at all!

Such things are part of Usenet. Unfortunately, not many people are speaking of
Ultima these days. I have tried in vain to find some of the old Prodigy Ultima
crowd, but have not. Oh to find someone who remembers the F. E. Inn thread that
was posted on Prodigy back in the days of yore. Alas, it is not to be.

yeah even when I became a dragon it was long after the fact. I think
over at gamefaqs U7 board there was a huge list of "you know you like
too much when...", I'll try to find it again that would be a very LONG
and good thread to start(or restart as i'm sure the YKYLUTMW list has

Well, most of Ultima-related discussions moved to Exult phorum on
http://exult.sourceforge.net I believe. Still, it would be really nice
to see this group alive again.
Btw - are there any other Ultima Dragons active in Internet life or just
those few guys visible on Exult and Pentagram discussion board are left?

I have this forum in my subscription list, but the traffic is really

You guys are aware of rec.games.computer.ultima.dragons right? Not all Ultima
talk, but it does have more traffic than this group.

Yeah, that'd be nice. The other is the equivalent of your local VFW Post. A

Commodore discs names - I dl'ed a C64 emulator and one of the games I want to play again is Ultima V. My discs are buried in storage somewhere, could someone tell me what the original disc names are so I can get things right when I swap them?
