I have all expansions, packs...and I was just playing Strangeville. I
had just exited the Beaker house and was at the neighbohood screen
trying to decide where I wanted to go next. All of a sudden this
flying saucer zips across the screen! First it went to the right, then
to the left and then flew off! I've never seen that before and don't
remember if I'd heard of anyone here mentioning it (course, so much
good stuff gets mentioned here, one can't really keep track).
Did I really see it? <G> >> Stay informed about: Sims 2: Ever see this happen? |

It's new in Pets, apparently. Sorta like how they added the Flying Pig in
OFB.
Like the Pig (which is attracted to the water tower), apparently it's tied
to some decorative object in the neighborhood (either the UFO or the Nuclear
Power plant) >> Stay informed about: Sims 2: Ever see this happen? |

They DID?!?

It is??
I just deleted the water tower in Pleasantview because I was tired of
it, but while I had it I never saw a pig.

I posted pics of the pig in the binaries newsgroup several months ago. IMHO,
it was a Pink Floyd reference (since they had a flying pig) >> Stay informed about: Sims 2: Ever see this happen? |

The pig isn't there every time. It's quite random. Put your water tower
back and keep an eye peeled for it.

LOL! Iced tea, with sugar as the only "additive". Not a drinker,

Yeah, I've seen the pig a lot. What I liked about the flying saucer is
that it was so fast...zip, zip, zip and it was gone! >> Stay informed about: Sims 2: Ever see this happen? |

Yeah, It was cool! And I really don't play Strangeville that much...I
had just overloaded Pleasantville with homes and families and needed
more room. And I always change it from desert to green. Love trees! >> Stay informed about: Sims 2: Ever see this happen? |
