Has WOW Europe died. I cann't even connect now. Anyone else having
trouble? I'm on Teranes, but the best I have had was an attempt to
load Character, now i cannt even connect.

WoW Europe does its weekly maintenance on Wednesdays.

Yes they do, but not on Wed evenings. It took ages to get on and I
have the same problem today. The Server is so busy I cant even get on
the queue. Krap service or some patch knock on.
