#1. You dont need any mod to determine your crit% chance to attack.
just open your spell/ability book and hovor the mouse over your attack
button. Your crit% will be displayed based on your current state
including gear and buffs.

#2 For more info including breakdowns of all sorts of stuffage I
reccomend the mods critline and titan combat which will show you tons
of stuff from average damage to highest damage/average damage for all
manner of special attacks etc... its got tons of stuff you can use
along with hovering over your name in the Damage Meter to breakdown how
much damage you are doing and how you are doing it; (ie for a Rogue
which is what I raid as most it will show me White damage, sinnister
strike, backstab, evisc, rupture, poison damage, etc...)
