Which commercial spinner control would be the best fit for..

I've been using my trackball mouse as my spinner, but I would like to
get a real spinner control. I can spend up to $75, but around $50 would
be ideal. My requirements are the spinner plugs into my PC's mouse
port, and that it has it's own base (it isn't going to be mounted into
a controller or cabinet.) Can anyone recommend any good matches.

On a related note, there is an arcade machine locally called "Off the
Wall" that uses spinner controls. It must be broken because it is never
on. I am going to download it and see if it is any good. It sounds like
a break-out clone.
