Hey, I was wondering if Planar Void and Morality Shift would remove an
opponent's library from the game?

Um: no. It will remove _your_ current library from the game.

(How were you proposing to get the Morality Shift to affect anyone's graveyard
or library other than whose it says it affects, "your"?)

But it would remove A deck from the game? Even if it is "yours"?

OK. When you play Morality Shift, all the cards that were in
your library are removed from the game. You library will consist
of everything that was in your graveyard, as normal. Of course,
the only cards in your graveyard will be those that went there
before you played the Void. If there is nothing in your graveyard,
you will now have no deck. A surer way to achieve this would be
to use Tormod's Crypt instead of Planar Void. That combo will
definitely leave you with no library. Note that while it is possible
that it would remove your deck from the game, it is NOT possible
that would remove anybody else's deck from the game. You
CANNOT make Morality Shift affect anybody's graveyard and
library except your own. Cards that change a spell's targetting
cannot work, as Shift doesn't target anything, and the rules
specifically say that that they can't affect spells that say
"you" or "your". If you're contemplating a way to
commit suicide, it seems like mana burning yourself to death
would be simpler.

Morality Shift

Sorcery
Exchange your graveyard and library. Then shuffle your library.

Planar Void
B
Enchantment
Whenever a card is put into a graveyard, remove that card from
the game.

Tormod's Crypt

Artifact
T, Sacrifice Tormod's Crypt: Remove target player's graveyard
from the game.

Not deck - library, but yes.
All cards not in your library or graveyard will stay where they are,
your library is removed from the game, and your graveyard is shuffled
and turned into your new library (of course, if your graveyard was
empty, then your new library will also be empty).

May I suggest Leveler as an easier way of doing (approximately) the
same?

Actually I think all of you are wrong!!!

Morality shift does not put a library into a graveyard, like a permanent
would be put into a graveyard, instead morality shift only exchanges a
graveyard and library, so planar void would not trigger, 'cos the cards are
not being 'put' into a graveyard.

This isn't Yu-Gi-Oh. Planar Void triggers on any way to get cards into a
graveyard from another zone (since it doesn't specify where they must come
from). Morality Shift puts your library into your graveyard, and your graveyard
into your library, simultaneously. Planar Void triggers once for each card
moved to a graveyard this way; the triggered abilities then resolve one after
another, each removing one card. (So yes, you could Flashback an Instant that
had gone there, before Planar Void removed it.)

That won't work...

Leveler
{5}
Artifact Creature
10/10
When ~this~ comes into play, remove your library from the game.

Play Leveler - your library goes *poof*
Donate Leveler - it is already in play, and thus its ability does not
trigger, so your opponent gets a free 10/10 creature.

Endless Whispers, on the other hand, would work:
Play Leveler - your library goes *poof*
Kill Leveler - the EW granted ability triggers.
At end of turn Leveler comec into play on the opponents side - his
library goes *poof*.
Opponents draw step - empty library - opponent loses.

Endless Whispers
{2}{B}{B}
Enchantment
Each creature has "When this creature is put into a graveyard from
play, choose target opponent. That player puts this creature card from
that graveyard into play under his or her control at end of turn."

Or you could put your Leveler under a Summoner's Egg, Donate that and
then kill it.

Summoner's Egg
{4}
Artifact Creature
0/4
Imprint -- When ~this~ comes into play, you may remove a card in your
hand from the game face down.
When ~this~ is put into a graveyard from play, turn the imprinted
face-down card face up. If that card is a creature card, put it into
play under your control.
